Assessment Services
ADHD/ADD
Have you always wondered if you might have ADHD? Do you have difficulties with attention and concentration at work or school? An assessment will assist in determining the cause of these difficulties and whether or not you have a diagnosis of ADHD or ADD.

Learning Disabilities
While in school did you have difficulty with specific subjects? Difficulty with reading or writing? Difficulty with math? An assessment will assist in determining whether or not you have a learning disability (LD).
Autism
Have you had difficulty connecting with others? or difficulty understanding social norms? do you have specific interests that others don't seem to be interested in? An assessment for autism spectrum disorder can help identify if that is causing some of these challenges.
Concussion/Head Injury/Other Acquired Brain Injury
Have you suffered a concussion or other head injury? Are you experiencing ongoing problems with concentration, memory, and other thinking abilities? A neuropsychological assessment can assist in determining the nature of your cognitive difficulties and their cause.
Dementia vs. Normal Aging
As we age our brains change! This is normal! However, some people are concerned that the changes in their brain are more significant than others. This may be a sign of dementia, but could be due to many other factors. A comprehensive neuropsychological and cognitive assessment will not only assess for the difference between normal aging and dementia, but will also assist in determining the factors contributing to changes. Other cognitive strengths and weaknesses will also be determined.

Treatment (therapy) Services
Anxiety
I provide treatment for anxiety concerns including social anxiety, generalized anxiety/worry, panic attacks, OCD, specific fears (e.g., heights, spiders, etc.).
Depression
Depression can be a serious problem, especially if it is affecting your work / school or relationships. Working with a psychologist can be very helpful in learning effective coping strategies and improving your mood.
Stress
At different times in one's life stressful life events can arise such as a job loss or new job, relationship difficulties, or loss of a loved one. This can be a time to seek extra support from a psychologist.
ADHD
In addition to assessing ADHD, I also provide treatment for ADHD by taking a cognitive-behavioural approach. We will examine both the behaviours that may be interfering with your ability to pay attention or complete tasks and the thoughts that may be interfering with your functioning.
My Approach
I provide a warm, collaborative space where you feel heard and understood. My approach is client-centered and your goals, values, and lived experience guide our work together. Drawing on the tools of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), we’ll explore the patterns of thoughts, feelings, and actions that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to create lasting change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, life transitions, or simply seeking personal growth, we’ll move at your pace toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
