About Me

I am a registered clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. My practice areas are in neuropsychology (ages 18-90+) and clinical psychology (ages 18-65). I am also a member of the Ontario Psychological Association.

Prior to moving to Toronto, I obtained my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Manitoba along with a 1-year predoctoral residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago where I received extensive neuropsychology and general clinical psychology training. I then completed a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship at Toronto Western Hospital/University Health Network (UHN) with a focus on movement disorders including Parkinson’s disease. My Master’s and Doctoral research were awarded national and provincial scholarships. I have published several peer-reviewed articles in the areas of mental health and chronic disease.

I offer in-person and virtual appointments. I provide neuropsychological assessment for ADHD, learning disabilities, autism, concussion, head brain injury, Parkinson’s disease and related conditions, dementia, and epilepsy. I also provides therapy to individuals with issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, insomnia, and those having difficulty coping with stress. I also have experience working with individuals with medical problems including obesity and related health concerns. My approach is client-centered, aiming to meet clients where they are at, while utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
